Overview

What the Firm Handles

The firm’s work is personal injury on the injured person’s side. That means claims against drivers, companies, property owners, manufacturers and their insurers. It does not mean defending them.

Most cases start the same way: someone was hurt, an insurance company is involved, and there are questions about who is responsible and what the injury will cost over time. The details change with the type of case. A truck crash turns on carrier records. A fall turns on what the property owner knew. A product case turns on how the product was designed, made or labelled.

Each page below explains the California rules for that kind of case, the evidence that tends to matter, and the deadlines. If your situation fits more than one, or none of them, that is common. Call or send a message and the office can tell you where it fits.

How to Start

Not Sure Which Page Fits?

You do not need to know the legal category before you call. Describe what happened and the office will sort out the rest with you.
