This policy explains what information we collect when you visit yadidi.com (the "Site"), call us from it or send us a form, what we do with that information, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by the Law Offices of Burg & Brock ("we", "us"), which practices as Cameron Yadidi Law Group.
Information we collect
What you give us
- Contact details you type into a form: first and last name, email address and phone number.
- The message you send us, including anything you choose to tell us about an accident or injury.
- If you apply to our paid training program: date of birth, address, education, language skills and your answers to the application questions.
What is collected automatically
- Device and browser data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system and screen size.
- Usage data, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, what you click and the page that sent you here.
- Approximate location, worked out from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described below.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and talk with you about a possible case.
- To review job applications.
- To understand how people use the Site and improve its pages.
- To learn which ads, searches and pages lead to calls and form submissions.
- To keep the Site secure and stop spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.
Cookies and the tools we use
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you allow. Strictly necessary cookies always run. The others load only in the categories you accept, and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
- Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tags and passes on your cookie choice through Google Consent Mode.
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics) measures visits and page use.
- Google Ads (marketing) measures whether our ads lead to calls or inquiries.
- Microsoft Clarity (analytics) records how visitors scroll and click, as heatmaps and session replays, so we can find pages that are hard to use. Text you type into form fields is masked.
- CallTrackingMetrics (marketing) may show a tracking phone number so we can tell which source a call came from. It can record call details such as the number, time and length of the call.
- YouTube videos load in privacy-enhanced mode, and only after you press play.
- UserWay provides the accessibility menu on the left of the screen and remembers the display settings you pick there.
Form submissions pass through our own form service to the systems we use to manage inquiries and client intake.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that work for us (analytics, call tracking, hosting, security, form handling and client intake), when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, and as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets where applicable law allows.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by rejecting marketing cookies in the banner or by using the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page.
No attorney-client relationship
Using the Site or contacting us through it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please don't send confidential information through a form until we have agreed in writing to represent you.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes above: answering inquiries, keeping business records, enforcing agreements and meeting legal obligations.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and change your choices in the cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the Site from working.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Other websites
The Site links to websites we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
